I collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through the intake form on this website. The form asks for:

I use your intake form data for one purpose: to assess whether we're a good fit to work together and to contact you about next steps. That's it. I won't add you to a mailing list, sell your data, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Form submissions are delivered to my email and stored in Formspree's system. Both Formspree and Vercel are US-based companies. By submitting the intake form, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
I retain intake form data for as long as it's needed to assess fit and follow up with you. If we don't end up working together, I delete your data within 12 months of submission. If we do work together, I retain relevant records for the duration of our professional relationship and for a reasonable period afterward as required for professional and legal purposes.
